Returns and exchanges
At The BDSM Boudoir, we understand that the purchase of equipment or lingerie is a personal and sensitive process. That's why we've designed a return and exchange policy that's as transparent as it is caring.
Our aim is to offer you a risk-free, worry-free shopping experience. We believe that trust is built on respect and clarity. Every product deserves to be perfectly adapted to your expectations, and we do our utmost to support you in this process.

A 15-day reflection period
Because we know that the choice of BDSM equipment or lingerie can require reflection, we give you 15 days from receipt of your parcel to change your mind, without having to justify yourself.
Of course, you can try on the lingerie items. Other products (sex toys, BDSM accessories, wellness products, furniture) must be returned to us unopened, unhandled, in their original packaging and with all accessories.
This period of reflection allows you to explore your order calmly, to examine it from all angles, without fear or pressure.

How can I try my products?
You can try on almost anything, provided you take a few essential precautions to keep the product in perfect condition and make sure you get an accepted return.
Here are the 7 commandments of a successful fitting:
- Don't tear the packaging
Try to open the packaging cleanly, so that you can reuse it in the event of a return - it's more convenient for you. - Thou shalt not force
If the product is unfortunately too small, don't try to put it on completely at all costs. BDSM equipment is a relatively fragile product, and you could damage the material permanently. - Thou shalt not remove labels
Don't rip off the tags until you're sure you want to keep the product. We cannot take back an item if the label has been torn off. - Thou shalt keep thy underwear
Keep your underwear with you during the fitting, especially if you're testing a harness or accessory. It's an extra guarantee that the product will be in perfect condition. - Thou shalt not handle fragile products
Certain items, such as latex or knitted products, cannot be accepted for return if they have been tried on or handled, as they could be deformed. - Thou shalt not wear perfume
During the fitting, we ask you not to wear perfume, or have cosmetics such as creams or oils on your skin. - Thou shalt not wash the product
Do not wash the product after the fitting. Hang it outside for a few minutes, but avoid doing so on a rainy day. - Toys and accessories will remain intact
Out of respect for hygiene and safety, sex toys, accessories and BDSM equipment must remain in their original, unopened and unused condition.

Refund Options
It's as simple as that. As soon as we receive the return of your order, and subject to the condition of the returned products, you have several options:
- Would you like to change the product?
We'll immediately credit your account for the full amount of the returned items, and you can use your credit to order other BDSM equipment, with no date limit. - Would you like a credit note?
We immediately credit your account with the full amount of the returned items, which you can use for your next order, without date limit. - Would you prefer a cash refund?
We will reimburse you using the payment method you used to place your order within 14 days, once we have validated your return. Orders paid in full or in part with a credit note will be refunded on a pro rata basis. - Was your order placed during a promotional period?
Items may be returned free of charge with a credit note under the same conditions as a normal order. - Does your order contain non-returnable or free items?
For items that cannot be returned if they have been opened or handled, you can keep them and we will deduct their market value from the credit note or refund. - Does your order contain a promotional gift?
Returns are possible under the same conditions as a normal order. A cash refund will only be possible if the order is returned complete, with the gift and in good condition. - Partial returns or delivery charges?
If your order is returned in full, or if the sum of the items you keep is less than the minimum amount to qualify for free shipping, we will deduct the shipping costs from the refund, depending on the shipping method you have chosen.

Return Costs
As far as return costs are concerned, and provided that the value of the returned products is at least €25, we've made things simple:

We'll take care of the return costs and send you a pre-paid return label to use for your return, provided you live in one of the countries covered by Mondial Relay's services. You can use your credit note to recommend other BDSM equipment from our site. - Would you like a credit note?
We'll take care of the return shipping costs and send you a pre-paid return label to use for your return, provided you live in one of the countries covered by Mondial Relay's services. - Would you prefer a cash refund?
In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will inform you of the return procedure and the address where to send the products back to us on request to customer support.
Returns with a prepaid label should be sent to your nearest Mondial Relay point. In the case of a return at your expense, this must be made via the services of the Post Office.
If the value of the products returned does not exceed €25, we will ask you to return the products at your expense, in exchange for a refund or a credit note.

Return Conditions
Every return is carefully checked by our teams. We will carefully examine the condition of the products you return to us, applying strict but fair criteria.
What we accept back
- Products purchased on special offer or sale
- Items whose labels have not been removed
- Products in their complete original packaging
- BDSM equipment and lingerie that have simply been tried on with great care
- Items in perfect resale condition and unused
- Latex products, accessories and equipment that have not been opened, handled or damaged
- Oils, candles and other wellness products that are completely intact, unused and with an undamaged protective seal.
What we do not accept
- Products returned incomplete
- Items whose labels have been torn off
- Damaged, deteriorated, smelly or dirty products
- Products that have been washed or used beyond a simple fitting
- Stockings and tights that have been opened, handled, worn or tried on
- Latex items that have been tried on, show traces of talc or have obviously had talc removed
- Items made to order, when the product delivered corresponds to the description
- Wellness products or accessories with an obviously damaged protective seal
Any product that does not meet our return criteria will have its value deducted from the refund or credit note.

Oops, a little issue?
We take meticulous care with every product before it is dispatched. If, however, an item does have a defect, don't worry: report it to us within 5 days of receipt, along with one or more photos documenting the problem.
We'll guide you through the procedure and send you a prepaid return label to send the item back to us.
Rest assured, the process is completely free of charge, and we'll send you a replacement item as soon as possible.

How to process a return?
Upon receipt of your order, you have 15 days to change your mind, exchange a product or exercise your right of withdrawal.
To do so, simply inform us of your choice by email to , quoting your order number. We will then contact you as soon as possible to process your return.
You can also return a product or an entire order via your member area.
We will send you instructions for returning your order, which should be dispatched within 5 working days of your return request.
Once we have received and checked the products, we will exchange or reimburse the products accepted for return, either immediately in your customer area if you have chosen reimbursement in the form of a credit note, or within 14 days if you have chosen reimbursement via your payment method.
